ITINERARY
08:30: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi. Depart for Halong Bay.
11:30: Arrive at Bai Chay/Halong pier.
12:15: Transfer by tender to the Indochina Sails boat – enjoy Welcome Drink. Receive cruise briefing and check in to cabins and begin cruise.
13:00: Lunch - deluxe Vietnamese and International Set Menu. Massage service is available beginning after lunch and throughout the cruise.
14.30: Arrive at Titop Island. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach and climbing the steps to the top of the mountain on the island for fantastic views and photo opportunities. Water and towels supplied. We will spend about 45 minutes on the island.
15.15: Transfer back to the boat and sail for approximately 45 minutes to our second destination - the Bat Cave area.
16.15: Arrive at the Bat Cave area. There are two programs to choose from at this time. One option is a 40-minute kayaking program to the nearby Bat Cave and lagoon and surrounding waters. Kayaking is $10. per person unless already booked as part of your package. Water is supplied. The second option is to visit the largest floating fishing village in Halong Bay. We will travel to the village on the tender and tour the village for approximately 20 minutes.
18:30: Arrive at Luon Bo area - anchor for overnight.
19:00: Dinner - deluxe Vietnamese & Western Buffet or Set Menu Dinner.
20:30: Evening activities include: film entertainment in the dining room at approximately

8:30 Transfer by tender to the “Day Boat” and begin to cruise to some of Halong Bay’s more secluded and untouched locales. Exact locations depend on tide conditions. Enjoy a leisurely day of kayaking and swimming. A multi-course lunch will be served mid-day.
16:00 Return by tender to the Indochina Sails boat. 18:30 Arrive at Luon Bo area - anchor for overnight.

9:00 Upon return to the boat take time to freshen up and please check-out of cabins. Please leave heavy luggage outside of the cabins (staff will transfer to the pier). Depart for Bai Chay/Halong pier.
9:30 Enjoy Breakfast Set Menu or Buffet served in the dining room. Settle bills in the dining room after breakfast.
10:00 Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room and enjoy the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
10:45 Arrive at Bai Chay/Halong pier. 11:00 Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation. Rejoin private car for transfer back to Hanoi.

5 PACKING TIPS TO ENJOY A HALONG BAY CRUISE
The weather in Halong Bay is quite mild, but the region can be prone to overcast days, accompanied by misty rain depending on the season. Generally, the temperature in Halong Bay ranges from 19o to 25o Celsius, with are approximately seven hours of sunshine per day - that makes packing for your cruise very easy!
Pack light
Carrying around lots of luggage is not much fun, so pack as lightly as you can for your trip. Your Paradise Cruise will supply you with a hairdryer, robe and beautiful toiletries, so you don’t need to worry about packing these items. And you will also want to leave room for shopping and souvenirs!
Know the season
Even with its mild temperature, Halong Bay can experience hot and cold days. Check the weather forecast a few days ahead so you can pack for the conditions. Warm days are often accompanied by cool nights, so make sure you pack a light, rainproof jacket just in case. And always bring your sunscreen. If you are planning to travel in the colder months, light layers are best. Halong has more sun than other part of northern Vietnam, so hats, sunscreen and sunglasses are essential items.

- All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Card, not including credit card transaction fee ( Please add in 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard or 4% for American Express to the total amount of payment each time).

4. Refund of Unused Services
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
5. Liability
VIET GREEN TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, VIET GREEN TRAVEL will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
6. Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
VIET GREEN TRAVEL strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
